Air Time can also be used with any of our other ASP products automatically, using proprietary IntegrateNow technology.Calendar Views and Schedules • Each employee/contractor has their own online planner (rolling monthly calendar, with weekly & daily views). • Intuitive time-based page layout and the use of icons make it easy to use. • Monthly, weekly, and daily recurring schedules can be distributed to groups of people. • Monthly schedules are ideal for housing: service management appointments, conference room meetings, etc. • The monthly schedule is rolling (continuous), so appointments can be set 1, 2, even 5 years out. • Monthly calendar view displays an unlimited number of tasks for each day, including the time and description. • The weekly view offers a comprehensive task view for the work week; tasks are sorted by start time. • The daily view shows the full description, add/edit/delete/resource links, and the time slot for each task. • Schedules may be staged (created, submitted, approved) during the creation process or major alterations. • E-mails may be sent within Air Time by any contact or admin to: teams, contacts, or comma separated lists. Calendar Tasks • 16 task information fields including: type, start/end times, prime, description, instructions, tools, supplies, etc. • 18 Task types including: meeting, appointment, repair, installation, reminder, design, construction, test, etc. • The system keeps users from creating overlapping tasks, avoiding errors in appointments. • Calendar, task, and project fields are rich enough to work for all industries. • FREE Project manager included and it integrates with Project Soft for Gantt charts. • E-mail notifications are automatically sent to the prime person when a project task is created or re-assigned.Administration Application • Schedule manager included to add, update, or archive schedules for projects or groups. • Separate archived schedules listing provided to retain schedules for use at a later date. • Schedule types can be added, changed or updated through the administration screens. • Company management screens supplied to add/edit companies (that own projects and contacts). • Contact management screens for adding/editing contacts, accounts, passwords, & security levels. • Project management screens included for creating projects and updating general project information. • E-mail notifications are optionally sent to the project team when a new project is created. • Security group (project team) management screens for granting contacts access to projects. Security and Restriction Controls • Separate main and admin applications to protect/control: contacts, companies, projects, schedules, etc. • Schedule and project access are restricted with the use of security groups (depts/project teams). • Project tasks may be edited by employees and contractors (project team members, managers, directors). • Security levels (1..5) are supplied for every contact to control access for project task hours, etc.
